By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pak399 platform available at pak399.net (hereinafter "pak399", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the User", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the pak399 platform and must not create or maintain an account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement. 2.2 One Account Per User. Each user is permitted to hold one (1) pak399 account only. Opening duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pak399 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit balances where multiple accounts are identified.

2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the pak399 registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information — including false identity documents submitted for verification — is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.

2.4 Jurisdictional Responsibility. pak399 makes no representation that its services are lawful or available in every jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using pak399 is permissible under the laws applicable to you. pak399 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable national law.

2.5 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have self-excluded from pak399 or from other gambling platforms, and who are subject to a voluntary or regulatory self-exclusion order, must not attempt to register a new account. If pak399 identifies that a self-excluded individual has registered, the account will be closed and any deposits returned.

3.1 Credential Confidentiality. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak399 login credentials, including your username and password. 4.2 PKR Currency. All deposits, account balances, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on pak399 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak399 does not process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred outside the pak399 platform are solely the user's responsibility.

4.4 Verification for Withdrawals. pak399 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Attempting to withdraw bonus-locked funds before wagering completion will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, with only the original qualifying deposit amount eligible for withdrawal.

5.1 Promotion Eligibility. 5.3 Abuse of Promotions. pak399 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a user has engaged in bonus abuse, pattern betting designed to exploit promotional terms, arbitrage strategies, or any form of coordinated exploitation of offers across multiple accounts. Such conduct constitutes a breach of these Terms.

5.4 No Entitlement. The availability of any promotion does not create an entitlement to that promotion for any user. pak399 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on pak399 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail for matters specific to that game.

6.2 Bet Finality. Once a bet or wager is confirmed and accepted by the pak399 system, it cannot be altered, cancelled, or reversed by the user, except in circumstances where pak399 expressly permits cancellation before an event commences. Technical errors that prevent bet confirmation will result in the bet being void and the stake refunded.

6.3 Error Resolution. In the event of a malfunction, system error, or incorrect odds caused by a technical fault, pak399 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the user. pak399 will not be liable for any winnings derived from demonstrably erroneous odds or game malfunctions.

6.4 Insufficient Funds. Bets will only be accepted if the user has sufficient cleared funds in their pak399 account at the time of placement. pak399 does not extend credit under any circumstances.

You agree that you will not, while using pak399, engage in any of the following prohibited conduct:

• Opening more than one account, whether in your own name or under false identity;

• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or undisclosed bugs to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any activity designed to manipulate game or betting outcomes;

pak399 reserves the right to immediately terminate any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, to forfeit all balances within such accounts, and to report the conduct to relevant authorities where applicable law requires or permits.

8.1 Age Restriction. pak399 is strictly an 18+ platform. Permitting a person under the age of 18 to access your pak399 account is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable child protection legislation.

8.2 Available Tools. pak399 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from your account settings:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pak399 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any pak399 content without express written authorisation.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak399 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the pak399 platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of anticipated winnings.

10.2 pak399's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 pak399 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily restrict access to the platform.

pak399 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, pak399 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users by email or on-platform notification. Your continued use of pak399 following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 12.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pak399 is licensed and registered.

12.3 Language. These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
